Loja do Tinteiro is not responsible for any failure to deliver orders for reasons beyond our control (for example, absence of the customer at the place of delivery, incorrect or incomplete address, or delay by the carrier). In the event of difficulty in delivery, Loja do Tinteiro will contact the customer to confirm or correct the data provided, in order to complete the delivery. Warranties All products sold by Loja do Tinteiro are covered by the legal guarantee provided for in Portuguese legislation. The guarantee covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to damage caused by incorrect use, accidents or normal wear and tear. In the event that a product is defective, the customer must contact Loja do Tinteiro to request the repair, replacement or return of the product. The cost of shipping to Loja do Tinteiro, in the event of a return, is the responsibility of the customer, unless the defect is confirmed by Loja do Tinteiro. Return policy The customer has a period of 14 days after receiving the product to proceed with its return, without having to indicate the reason, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14. To make the return, the product must be complete, with all its components and accessories, accompanied by the original packaging in perfect condition. If the product shows signs of use, the return may be rejected. The return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of of defective products or shipping error. The customer may consult the National Centre for Information and Arbitration of Consumer Conflicts (CNIACC) or the Centre for Arbitration of Consumer Conflicts of Lisbon, whenever disagreements arise related to the services provided by Loja do Tinteiro.
